Reporting Analyst

Job Title: Reporting Analyst III Location: Calgary or Edmonton, AB Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensions Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Role Summary The Reporting Analyst supports portfolio management by delivering reporting, analytics, and executive-level materials. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance and provide insights across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports Develop executive-level presentations and reporting decks Perform variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting Maintain reporting tools and ensure data accuracy Support stakeholder communication and portfolio governance activities Assist with reporting processes, calendars, and documentation management Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 5–8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project controls Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI preferred) Experience with portfolio/program reporting or PMO environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale projects or capital programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate data into clear business insights Key Competencies Analytical and detail-oriented Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and organized
