Business Analyst

Business Analyst – End User Computing (Contract) The Client is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) on a contract basis to support the End User Computing (EUC) team within the Infrastructure Technology function. The EUC team is responsible for managing end-user technology services, including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, collaboration tools, and end-user support services across the enterprise. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements to support EUC service improvements, onboarding initiatives, and technology enhancements.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and service requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and validate user and business requirements for End User Computing services and initiatives; • Develop and maintain Service Requirement Documents (SRDs) and related business documentation; • Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service owners to understand needs and define solution requirements; • Support analysis and documentation of EUC services including device provisioning, peripherals, workplace technology, and support processes; • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for infrastructure and service delivery teams; • Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and identification of service improvement opportunities within EUC operations; • Ensure requirements are traceable, well-documented, and aligned with enterprise standards and governance; • Support testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements; • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of EUC initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: • 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an infrastructure or enterprise IT environment; • Strong experience with End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, or IT infrastructure support services; • Proven experience gathering requirements and producing Service Requirement Documents (SRDs); • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technical teams; • Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and documentation; • Familiarity with IT service management processes and enterprise support models; • Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred; • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with multiple stakeholders.
