Overview
As Rentals Account Manager, you will grow Arjo's rental revenue by targeting NHS and private sector accounts with specialist products. You’ll collaborate with contract managers and regional peers to identify opportunities and close rental agreements. You’ll maintain clinical knowledge to support customers in acute and long-term care settings while championing the Arjo brand.

- Drive rental revenue growth for specialist Arjo products within NHS and private accounts
- Collaborate with Contract Managers and Rental Account Managers regionally and nationally
- Negotiate and sign rental agreements with NHS Trusts and Health Boards
- Maintain specialist clinical knowledge to support acute care assessments
- Promote the Arjo brand professionally and energetically
- Maintain CRM for communication and account knowledge
- Set and manage KPIs for targeted accounts
- Work independently under pressure and adhere to pricing matrices
- Extensive knowledge of Arjo products, their clinical and financial benefits
- Strong understanding of the rental market and competitor landscape
- Proven success in Sales/Rental with a customer/patient focus
- NHS sales experience is advantageous
- Experience in patient handling/patient assessment is beneficial
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (SFDC)
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail
- High professionalism and ethics in handling confidential information
- Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad as needed
