Renewal Specialist - B2B Sales (Spanish-English)

We are looking for a Renewals Specialist based in São Paulo to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You Have

• 2+ years of experience working in a Consultative sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).
• Spanish proficiency at C1(spoken and written).
• English proficiency at the B2 level (spoken and written).
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You will

• Provide an accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
• Initiate steps to help address customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
• Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
• Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
