Reliability Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a global fertilizer and mining company, in Esterhazy Saskatchewan. This will be an eight month contract until the end of 2026, with possibility of extension. The shift is a 9, 80 schedule (9 hour days, 6am-3pm with every other Friday off and ending at 2pm).

You will be joining a preventative maintenance initiative, part one in PM Rationalization and part two in PM Optimization. You will work heavily with the reliability engineering team at each mill site as well as operational and field staff. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of experience in reliability/maintenance improvement roles - Experience in PM rationalization or optimization projects - Strong experience in asset critical ranking, reliability centered maintenance (RCM), failure modes/effects analysis (FMEA) and maintenance workflow/work management processes - Advanced Excel experience (large dataset manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, charting) - Experience facilitating technical workshops and leading teams through PM review sessions NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience pulling data from SAP S4/HANA - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering - MET diploma - Certification in vibration analysis - Potash experience, or fertilizer, mining, pulp/paper, chemical, power experience
