Process Engineer

What's the Job? Type: Full Time Contract (extension & conversion possible) Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $40.00/hour (min) Role Summary The Process Engineer supports manufacturing and chemical processes through operator training, process optimization, technical troubleshooting, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role partners closely with production, quality, and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost effective operations.

Key Responsibilities Train operators and ensure ongoing skills compliance Define and monitor chemical process tests and analytical methods Provide technical support during equipment or process breakdowns Support new projects with process and equipment definition Ensure compliance with HSE regulations (emissions, chemical waste, industrial hygiene) Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities Manage consumables supply, alternatives, audits, and databases Create and maintain surface treatment and wash process documentation Support IMS ISO procedures, audits, and supplier process improvements Qualifications Engineering background (Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related) Strong understanding of chemical processes and analysis Experience supporting manufacturing operations and HSE requirements Ability to work cross functionally and provide hands on technical support Strong documentation and process improvement skills If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
