About Roles & Responsibility: Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the B2B relationship and business development in distributor community of Private Wealth, Private Banking & Boutique Wealth Firms preferably based in Mumbai / West. Business development via IFAs and National Distributors, Banks, MFDs, etc. Strong ability to build and scale IFA channels End to end onboarding of partners and driving a wow experience through the life cycle of the product Drive sales on focused products like Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Products, PMS etc Identify key areas for driving results Key Requirements: Already having relationships with key people in distributor fraternity Ability to forecast sales and implement the desired program Client Centricity, Ownership of business, Resourceful & Problem solver, networker Adaptable, result oriented, Above avg Analytical ability, eye to detail High ownership and execution capability Proven ability to drive closures and revenue outcomes Clarity in communication and client engagement
