Rehabilitation Technician

Regular Full‑time

Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm; 8‑hour shifts.

The base pay scale for this position is $34.70 per hour. Additional benefits consistent with the role are available. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, accomplishments, and internal equity.

• Support the delivery of high‑quality patient care in an outpatient treatment area.
• Assist professional staff with routine duties and maintain work areas.
• Take initiative to complete work, solve problems, communicate issues, and suggest efficiencies.
• Follow through on assignments and instructions.
• Prepare equipment and modalities.
• Assist patients and therapists.
• Interact with all disciplines to optimize patient care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and obstacle‑free environment to enhance patient flow.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete on‑the‑job training.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑service skills.
• Good judgment, flexibility, friendliness, and self‑motivation.
