Regular Full‑time
Work ShiftMon‑Fri, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm; 8‑hour shifts.
Compensation RangeThe base pay scale for this position is $34.70 per hour. Additional benefits consistent with the role are available. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, accomplishments, and internal equity.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery of high‑quality patient care in an outpatient treatment area.
- Assist professional staff with routine duties and maintain work areas.
- Take initiative to complete work, solve problems, communicate issues, and suggest efficiencies.
- Follow through on assignments and instructions.
- Prepare equipment and modalities.
- Assist patients and therapists.
- Interact with all disciplines to optimize patient care.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and obstacle‑free environment to enhance patient flow.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to complete on‑the‑job training.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and customer‑service skills.
- Good judgment, flexibility, friendliness, and self‑motivation.
