About Your New Job As Regulatory Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional regulatory programs and initiatives, ensuring products are ready and cleared for launch both domestically and internationally.

You will provide hands-on support for global product submissions and approvals, working closely with regulatory and cross-functional teams to facilitate launch readiness. Your responsibilities include tracking deliverables, managing timelines, generating regulatory scorecards, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous process improvements. You will own the planning, execution, and management of complex, cross-functional programs, liaise with stakeholders, and present progress and solutions to senior leadership.

What Skills You Need 7+ years' experience leading and managing complex, end-to-end programs (technical/non-technical), coordinating cross-functional and international teams. Ability to guide, influence, and align stakeholdersskilled at setting expectations and encouraging collaboration. Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.

Acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with regulatory frameworks, process improvement, and risk management. What's on Offer Competitive salary (details on application).
