Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurseready to make a genuine impact in aged care? AtUnitingSA’s Seaton facility, you’ll be part of asupportive team where your clinical expertise, leadership, andperson-centred care truly make a difference.

We’re currently seeking flexible Registered Nurses tojoin our team on a casual basis.

A typical day in this role includes:

  • Performing comprehensive clinical assessments andimplementing evidence-based care plans.
  • Leading the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe,effective, and responsive care delivery.
  • Administering medications and IV therapies in line with thescope of practice and facility protocols.
  • Monitoring residents’ conditions, managing acute clinicalsituations, and escalating when required.
  • Providing mentorship and supervision to ENs and PCAs tofoster a supportive care environment.
  • Engaging with residents, families, and external providersto ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in line with AN-ACCrequirements and aged care standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Valid DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check

Skills & Experience

  • Sound understanding of aged care legislation and Aged CareQuality Standards
  • Strong clinical skills in medication administration, woundcare, and care plan development
  • Experience with AN-ACC and electronic documentationsystems
  • Proven ability to lead shifts and mentor team members
  • Excellent communication and critical thinkingskills
