Registered Nurse

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. Provide high-quality nursing care in compliance with nursing standards and federal, state, and local regulations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in patient condition promptly. Educate patients and their families on treatment regimes, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
