What You Will

Be Doing As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients throughout their hospital journey, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised nursing care.

Monitoring patient progress and responding appropriately to changes in clinical condition. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies. Supporting patients through admission, treatment and discharge planning.

Collaborating with medical officers, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in clinical handovers. Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey.

Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and fostering a positive, patient-focused team culture. This role offers exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical presentations while providing excellent opportunities to further develop your clinical skills within a supportive acute care environment. Essential Requirements

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and person-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Strong clinical assessment, time management and decision-making skills. Positive attitude, professionalism and commitment to continuous learning.
