Requirements
- Previously worked in an aged care home
- Real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- Nursing degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Solid documentation skills
- Knowledge of AN-ACC
- At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Passion and commitment to delivering high-quality aged care
- COVID-19 vaccination: one dose required
- Current influenza vaccination evidence required during influenza season
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Graduate Nurses are not considered

Demonstrates expertise in delivering high-quality, person-centred aged care, with a strong focus on clinical documentation and leadership in clinical settings. Holds a Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
