Cultivate Executive Partnerships: Build influential relationships with Chief Nursing Officers and hospital leadership to align professional development goals with the unique operational needs of each facility. Ensure Resource Stewardship: Oversee market-level budgets and clinical professional development resources to maximize the impact of every dollar spent on associate growth and retention. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
