Registered Nurse

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing first-rate healthcare to underserved populations, emphasizing a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a vital member of our healthcare family, you will coordinate and deliver patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

Conduct physical exams to assess patient health needs and problems Implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles Offer support and advice to patients and their families Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Solid clinical skills and an ability to use hospital-based software systems Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
