Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at Bundaleer, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 90-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Manager, you'll oversee overnight clinical care, respond to changes in resident condition, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. This Part‑Time and Casual role is ideal for a Registered Nurse confident working autonomously in a larger home.
In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives.
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans.
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers.
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
- Liaison with medical and allied health staff.
- Provision of safe, high‑quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Positive resident experience through a resident‑first approach.

About the Candidate
- AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Unlimited working rights.
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for delivering a person‑centred approach to care.
- NDIS Check (or willing to obtain).
