Registered Manager Residential Children’s Home (Complex EBD) Service: 3-bed home with activity & sensory room Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + £5,000 signing bonus Hold Ofsted registration and day-to-day operations Own safeguarding, care planning, risk, QA and SCCIF readiness, inspection-ready every day Track quality, data, budgets and occupancy so care and commercial stay aligned Level 5 Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) Recent experience holding Ofsted registration in a children’s home Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regs, Quality Standards, SCCIF A practical, business-minded approach to safe growth and rota planning Full UK manual driving licence 65,000–£70,000 base + £5,000 signing bonus ~ Paid training , reflective practice and ongoing CPD ~ Pension, wellbeing support and sensible working kit ~ Thoughtful environment: activity & sensory room , large ensuite sleep room, separate RM office High-quality environment.
