Regional Sales Manager (Dairy / FMCG)

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for milk and milk products across Maharashtra. The role focuses on distribution expansion, volume growth, and strong execution.

Drive sales targets and revenue growth across the region

🤝 Manage and expand distributor & dealer network

🛒 Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team

Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively

Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & partners

🚚 Coordinate with supply chain for smooth product flow

✅ Key Requirements

15-18 years of experience in FMCG sales (with min 3-4 yrs exp in Dairy)

🥛 Strong exposure to Retail market

In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra market

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Experience in managing large teams & distributor networks

Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
