As part of the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into a standalone company, DePuy Synthes will serve as the employer for this role. In this capacity, you will manage large hospital systems and procurement customers in Canada, build tender strategies, lead commercial transformation initiatives, and grow strategic customer relationships across key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Responsible for overall management of large hospital systems and procurement customers.

Build overarching tender strategies to achieve successful outcomes from regional tender bids. Implement commercial transformation initiatives in the region. Support strategic growth initiatives, including NHSF channel, robotics, and AI.

Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships at hospitals and with policy, payers, and industry associations. Lead commercial transformation initiatives and coordinate with global leaders for resources. Support sales initiatives and provide input for annual business plans.

Assist sales enablement teams in processes for commercial approvals. Qualifications Education: University Bachelor's degree Required Experience and Skills: 6-8 years of sales leadership and/or key account management Industry knowledge, including Canadian procurement People management experience (at least 5 years) Experience building cross‑sector partnerships Engagement with high‑level stakeholders French and English bilingualism Preferred Qualifications: Preferred minimum education: MBA Preferred area of study: Science or Business Management Preferred related industry experience: MedTech, Pharma, SaaS in life sciences or biotech Other: Travel: Up to 60% domestic travel, as needed.
