Regional Manager for Métis Government

Lead business operations as a Regional Manager in Calgary with the Otipemisiwak Métis Government. This full-time role focuses on strategic goal achievement and team development within the Education, Training, and Research sector. You’ll oversee operational and fiscal activities while coordinating with the Associate Director of Client Services. Your guidance will ensure compliance with organizational policies and excellence in service delivery for the Métis community. Key Responsibilities: • Manage operational and fiscal activities of the region • Develop and implement the regional annual work plan • Conduct labour market analysis with stakeholders • Prepare quarterly updates and regional reports • Liaise with government and industry partners Requirements: • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role • Proven leadership in team management and development • Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting • Knowledge of Métis culture and socio-economic factors • Strong communication and analytical skills Lead impactful programs that address training and employment needs for the Métis community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
