What You'll Do Culligan Ultrapure is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee business operations and Store Branches in the Southwest region.
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing daily operations through general managers to deliver best in class employee and customer facing metrics/experience, achieve business goals, and maximize profitability. As Regional Manager your duties also include guiding and growing staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and optimizing operational and financial performance. The right candidate will have the desire to work as part of a team and develop General Managers to become great leaders.
He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, will be focused on supporting the locations for growth, have great organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and a drive to succeed. The primary responsibility is to lead and coach General Managers in the assigned territory. The position will oversee all aspects of the business in the region and search for possible acquisitions within the region.
Duties Include Responsible & accountable for a geographic region to drive all areas of the business and field operation strategies consistently across the region. The Regional Manager supervises several General Managers in their area and oversees all aspects of their business. Set multiyear vision, budget, and tactical execution plan for the region, aligned with BU vision, supported by visibly managed KPIs through strong collaboration and sense of ownership with General Managers.
Recruit, train, support, and provide leadership to General Managers through talent management efforts. Work directly with the VP & GM on identifying and resolving significant business issues. Assist General Managers with forecasting, budgeting, labor utilization, key hiring, and ensuring locations are hitting budgeted goals.
What We're Looking For BS degree with emphasis in Management, Business Administration or relevant related experience. Experience in Water Treatment or another related industry. Minimum of 10 years of management/supervisory experience and demonstrated experience in change management and new implementations. 5+ years of dealer/distributed business experience and field service industry experience is a plus.
Water Treatment or Field Service Industry experience required. Can drive sales, profitability, and business excellence. A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance.
