Regional EHS Manager

A leading international contractor delivering major mission-critical infrastructure projects across Europe is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to support its expanding portfolio of data centre projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across multiple live construction sites throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, company policies and project requirements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Review and coordinate risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
• Support project teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently.
• Monitor environmental compliance, statutory records and safety documentation.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH or a relevant third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Minimum of 7 years' EHS management experience within large-scale construction.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and industry best practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across Europe.
