Real Estate Renting and Leasing Consultant || Goregoan, Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon) We are looking for energetic and client-focused professionals with experience in real estate, leasing, renting services, or client servicing. Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients in settling into a new city by providing end-to-end relocation support • Coordinate property search, house visits, lease discussions, and move-in formalities • Interact with landlords, brokers, realtors, and internal teams for smooth execution • Support clients with school visits, city orientation, utility setup, and related assistance • Conduct property visits and client meetings regularly • Handle lease documentation, negotiations, registrations, and handover coordination • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution • Maintain detailed reports and documentation after client visits Requirements: • 2–6 years of experience in real estate, renting ,leasing, relocation, sales, or client servicing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with field work and client meetings • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset • Bike preferred for local travel Preferred: • Experience in renting/leasing/property coordination • Candidates comfortable working on Sundays (weekly offs may vary)
