Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Consultant. In this role, the consultant will engage with clients to guide them through property buying and selling processes, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate deals.

Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the consultant will provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance industry expertise. Qualifications Experience with Real Estate and Real Property transactions Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniques Ability to provide Training and foster team collaboration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving and analytical capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Familiarity with Mumbai’s real estate market and regulations
