Description We're a high-performing residential real estate team seeking a driven, articulate, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to manage and convert both inbound and outbound internet leads. This role is the heartbeat of our lead generation and client engagement pipeline - focused on qualifying leads, building rapport, setting appointments, and transferring live calls to our licensed agents.
