Key Responsibilities • Learn and become familiar with our wide range of seafood products. • Shadow senior sales staff to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones, data entry, and assisting with customer inquiries. • Support the sales team with various administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
