About the job Delivery Sales Consultant Delivery Sales Consultant Location: Orem, Utah (Utah County) Compensation: Weekly pay of $750 base commission $250 monthly vehicle/gas reimbursement On-Target Earnings: $9,856/month commission (uncapped) at 100 deliveries/week, 50% conversion, $140 AOV - plus referral bonuses Employment Type: Full-time - Contract (1099) About the Company We deliver premium, pre-cooked meats directly to families - chef-seasoned, ethically sourced, additive-free, and USDA-certified. The Opportunity Join our in-home delivery team to deliver free 3-meat bundles (worth $77) to warm leads who signed up online and scheduled appointments. In a quick 7-10 minute visit, present our products, highlight benefits, handle objections, close sales (with 25% off extra free meats), process via Shopify POS, and ask for referrals. Ramp to 100 deliveries/week (75-90 in weeks 1-4), target 50% conversion (top performers hit 65-75%), $140 AOV, plus upsell and referral bonuses.
Key Responsibilities Manage 75-100 weekly deliveries using routing software Deliver free bundles to confirmed appointments Deliver a friendly overview of our legacy, convenience, flavor, and value Empathetically address needs, close with discounts/free items, and secure referrals Compensation & Ramp-Up Start with steady $750 weekly base reimbursement while building volume. Earn 25% commission on all sales (including referrals within 2 weeks). Realistic 8-week total: ~$11,725 commission base.
