Wat je gaat doen

As a reach truck driver, you ensure that pallets and goods are stored safely and moved to the correct locations within the warehouse. Your work keeps the logistics and production processes running without unnecessary delays.You will operate a modern reach truck and work closely with colleagues from logistics and production. Before starting your shift, you inspect the reach truck and report any defects or unsafe situations.Safety and accuracy are essential.

You position pallets correctly, keep the warehouse routes clear and follow all applicable quality and safety procedures.

What will you do?

• Operate a reach truck for internal warehouse transport.
• Move and store pallets in the correct warehouse locations.
• Supply goods and materials to the required production or logistics areas.
• Check the reach truck before starting your shift.
• Report technical defects and unsafe situations.
• Check pallets and goods for visible damage.
• Follow warehouse, hygiene and safety instructions.
• Keep warehouse routes and working areas clean and organised.
• Work closely with colleagues in logistics and production.
  
  Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse operation.
  Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 3-shift system:
  • Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
  • Evening shift: 15:00–23:00, Friday until 22:30
  • Night shift: 23:00–07:00

• Approximately €3,200 gross per month including shift allowance.

Functie-eisen

You work safely, accurately and remain focused when the warehouse is busy.

You also have:

• A valid reach truck certificate.
• Experience as a reach truck driver or warehouse operative.
• Willingness to work in a fixed 3-shift system.
• Basic Dutch or English language skills at a minimum B1 level.
• Your own transport to reach the Leerdam location during all shifts.
• The ability to follow safety and warehouse instructions.
• A reliable and cooperative working attitude.Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential.
