Customer Service / Operations Representative (Temporary) โ Hoofddorp
As a Customer Service / Operations Representative, you are the key link in the logistics process for our e-commerce clients. You start your workday at 09:00 AM by processing incoming orders and coordinating daily priorities directly with the warehouse team. Throughout the day, you maintain frequent contact with clients via email to answer questions about shipments and meticulously update administrative data in Excel. At 05:30 PM, you complete your workday knowing that all air freight shipments and pick-and-pack orders for that day have been processed to administrative perfection.
In this temporary role, you will be employed through Staffice at an international logistics service provider in Hoofddorp, specializing in global air freight and supply chain solutions.
Monitor the pick-and-pack process within the supply chain. Keep logistics overviews and data up-to-date in Excel. Coordinate with operational departments and the warehouse to ensure smooth processes. Excellent command of Excel and strong general computer skills. Knowledge of or affinity with pick-and-pack processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Dutch and English language. Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
