€50,000 - €75,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Pension + Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and growing specialist scaffolding construction subcontractor. Previous experience within scaffolding or access solutions is not required. Candidates from a subcontractor background within the construction industry are encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial management of construction projects from start to finish.
• Support cost control, valuations and project reporting activities.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Contribute to maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Experience working for a subcontractor is essential.
• Right to work in Ireland
