Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across projects and ensure high standards in testing and delivery quality. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA Governance Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management, and Release Processes Knowledge of API Testing using tools like Postman / RestAssured Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Experience in managing cross-functional QA teams Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance delivery speed with quality expectations Exposure to Automation Testing frameworks/tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc. Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter or Gatling Experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech domain Location: Kochi Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Work from office If you are interested, please send your resume to [email protected]
