Quality Assurance Expert — Frozen Food Manufacturing (China)

The Sucseed (Strategic Sourcing Solutions) is looking for a Quality Assurance Expert based in China, ideally in the Qingdao area or nearby cities (Shandong region preferred, but not exclusive), to support our supplier quality operations for frozen food products.

What you'll do

• Conduct on-site supplier audits and factory visits across China
• Perform follow-up and surveillance of manufacturing plants
• Verify compliance with international quality standards and food safety systems
• Evaluate frozen food production lines (IQF and similar processes)
• Report findings and support corrective action follow-up
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within frozen food manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of standards such as BRCGS, IFS, SMETA, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000/9001, and related food safety systems
• Auditing experience and/or background working in large-scale food factories
• Availability and willingness to travel to visit plants and conduct on-site follow-up
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• English proficiency required; Mandarin strongly valued

Location

Qingdao / Shandong region preferred (not exclusive), for logistical proximity to our partner factories.
