What You’ll Own Finding and locking in top-tier products before competitors do Negotiating pricing and terms that actually move the needle Keeping inventory lean, smart, and dialed in Using data to make sharp, confident buying decisions Building strong, no‑BS relationships with vendors Keeping everything compliant, efficient, and running smooth What You Bring Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement Strong negotiation skills (you know how to get a deal done) Confidence working with data, inventory, and forecasting Experience managing vendors and contracts Bonus if you know the tactical / law enforcement space Organized, detail‑oriented, and fast on your feet Able to handle pressure and make decisions without hand‑holding Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (nice to have) Experience with purchasing systems/software is a plus Why Urban Tactical?
