Job Description

Harcourts District is a boutique real estate office looking for a motivated and organised Sales Property Manager / Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across both property management and office administration. You’ll manage a small, well‑maintained portfolio while supporting our sales team with day‑to‑day administration. With a boutique office, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of the business and work closely with the director.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Property Management

  • Manage a small residential portfolio from end to end
  • Conduct routine inspections and prepare reports
  • Coordinate maintenance and liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
  • Prepare lease documentation and ensure compliance with WA legislation
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Sales Administration

  • Prepare sales documentation, listing forms and contracts
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and online listings
  • Process contracts from offer through to settlement
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, settlement agents and brokers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • General office administration and reception support

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous real estate experience in property management, sales administration, or both
  • Holds a current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Registration (preferred)
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Can work independently and manage priorities
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Is confident using PropertyMe, VaultRE, Microsoft Office and DocuSign (or similar systems)
  • Holds a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
