Property Analyst – QLD Logistics & Industrial

We welcome you to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team at JLL. This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
• Create and maintain all property listings
• Assist with collating marketing material
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
• Overall responsibility of top‑quality pitch documents
• Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analyses
• Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous property experience highly regarded
• Willingness to learn with a can‑do attitude
• Well‑presented and well‑spoken, able to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Superior communication, time‑management and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
