Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Property Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, including tenant onboarding, property inspections, handling tenant inquiries and issues, and coordinating property maintenance.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety and legal regulations, managing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires day-to-day interaction with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth property operations. Qualifications Experience in property management, including coordinating maintenance, managing tenant and landlord communications, and ensuring legal compliance Administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage property records and rental agreements Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts or urgent property issues Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of property and safety regulations in Scotland is highly desirable Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
