The agency operates in a strong local market and focuses on quality over volume, offering a highly personalised service and managing a carefully selected portfolio of properties.Stock levels typically sit at around 20 properties, with average values of approximately £600,000 and regular instructions exceeding £1 million. The office environment is intentionally small, professional, and friendly, allowing for close collaboration and clear recognition of individual contribution.
