Supplier Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Professional in Aerospace Supplier Development (Supplier Recovery) . You will have a Presence in Broughton (Flintshire) , 2 - 3 days/week + Visits to UK Suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead complex supplier development and recovery missions to safeguard delivery and quality Drive continuous improvement roadmaps with strategic suppliers and their sub-tiers Facilitate transformation initiatives using Lean, APQP, and Six Sigma tools Support cross-functional teams in major Transfers of Work or industrial ramp-ups Conduct industrial maturity and capacity assessments Serve as the performance point-of-contact for internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, and programs Identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure suppliers can meet tomorrow’s demands — today Mobility: Frequent visits to Suppliers sites in UK .
