We're Hiring | Project Manager – Managed Services (Healthcare)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex projects, engaging with clients, and driving operational excellence in the US Healthcare domain?
Earning Curve LLP is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead customer-facing healthcare projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery from initiation through completion.
Location: Chennai (Onsite)
Shift: US Business Hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end healthcare and managed services projects.
- Partner directly with US customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and Customer Success.
- Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Implement and leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance operational and healthcare workflows.
- Follow PMO best practices while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
PMP Certification (Mandatory)
10+ years of Project Management experience
Healthcare industry experience (US Healthcare preferred)
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience with both Agile and Traditional Project Management methodologies
Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in business or healthcare environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- US Healthcare Providers / Managed Services / Healthcare Technology
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), EHR, Practice Management Systems
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, or similar tools
- PMO governance, project reporting, and offshore team coordination
