Project Manager

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Project Strategy & Management End to end project management – includes project planning, execution, delivery, vendor interaction, troubleshooting, managing project operational parameters and people management. Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary. Ensure adherence to timeline and targets.

Raise red-flags wherever required. Continuous on site monitoring of project progress related to on time meeting of milestones related to building up of the new factory on a green field- To be stationed on site. Guiding the entire workforce of contractors and sub-contractors to achieve the target of construction.

Budget and Business Case Compilation Creating monthly operating budgets and manpower planning based on project’s forecasted KPIs Own the business case. Prepare and improvise as per project’s progress. Seek approvals from Senior Management and make necessary backup.

Budget Monitoring and compliance. Stakeholder Management Work smartly and effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders- Internal (Legal, HR, IR, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Engineering), and External (Design Partner, Operations Team, Agencies etc.) Use effective project management skills throughout the execution phase of project. Use proper dashboards and Gantt chats using Ms Projects and Primavera or any other project management tools to display real time status of progress of the project.

Strong experience in project management in related industries. Qualification: Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience from a reputed institute. MBA in Project Management or Operations is preferable.
