The Role As a Product Manager – Customer Experience, you will own products and problem areas that shape how customers experience SolarSquare across their lifecycle - from order-booking through installation, ongoing plant monitoring, service request resolution, and eventually, new product discovery. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where product decisions directly affect customer trust, platform stickiness, and retention outcomes. You will work closely with product leadership, design, engineering, and business teams to understand user behaviour, identify friction points, and build intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Scope & Ownership ● Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for installed users, with accountability for activation, engagement, and retention outcomes. ● Define and execute product initiatives across the consumer app and key customer touchpoints. ● Drive user research through field visits, shadowing, and structured interviews to surface real-world insights. ● Conduct deep behavioural and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, usage patterns, and improvement opportunities. ● Translate business goals and customer insights into clear problem statements, roadmap initiatives, and measurable outcomes. ● Make trade-offs between speed, cost, and robustness while building solutions that scale reliably. What We’re Looking For ● 2–3 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer products or engagement-focused roles. ● Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioural data interpretation. ● Ability to connect data with real user behaviour and derive actionable product decisions. ● Strong ownership mindset - ability to drive initiatives end-to-end across design, engineering, and business stakeholders. ● Comfortable working with engineers and designers to ship fast and iterate. ● Hands-on experience in user research and field immersion is a plus.
