Product Analyst

Position Overview: As an Analytics Product Owner at Motadata, you will play a pivotal role in driving the analytics strategy for one or more of our cutting-edge products. This role demands a keen understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on Network Management Systems (NMS) and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to define key metrics, develop reports, and monitor the growth and performance of the products.

Role & Responsibility: • Own the analytics for one or more of Motadata’s products. • Partner closely with the engineering team, define metrics, and build reports, to track the growth. • and performance of the product. • Able to understand various deployment/monitoring/Observability scenarios of NMS/AIOPS in • enterprise IT infra. • Experience in full-flagged deployment/Management of network, server, virtualization, cloud & • container infrastructure • Able to develop various System deployment scenarios and compare across various tools in the • most optimum manner to do competition feature analysis. • Derive new product Ideas according to future market predictions. • Should understand the IT infrastructure and its Components like DC, Virtualization, Cloud, • Containers, WAN, campus network, etc. • Plan and conduct A/B experiments for new features and product iterations • Conduct exploratory analysis to understand changes, user behavior, and long-term trends. • Ideate, opportunity size, and prioritize upcoming features. • Able to work effectively on AWS and Azure platforms for deploying various Use-case and test scenarios. • Should be able to work with cross-functional teams and support Pre-Sales and support teams • with competitive inputs as desired. • Should be able to prepare the required schematics and other technical documents as needed. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence non-technical audiences with • analytical insights and data visualizations. • System thinking and creativity to solve complex problems by going deep and understanding its • core drivers. Skills and Qualifications: • One or more certifications like RHCE, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and docker are desired. • Knowledge of agile processes for software development like scrum/Kanban etc. • Self-learner with thrives on continuous improvements and technical development. • Experience in a PA/PMG role would be a plus.
