IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Greater Vancouver Area (Hybrid) 6-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension) We're partnering with a well-established organization undergoing a major technology transformation and are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure, service management, and cybersecurity initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on project leader who enjoys working across technical and business teams, driving complex projects, and delivering meaningful operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent IT projects across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management functions Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on IT service delivery and operational effectiveness Coordinate infrastructure modernization efforts, including network, server, virtualization, and cloud-related projects Support the delivery of cybersecurity programs and strategic security initiatives Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution Provide regular project reporting, status updates, and executive-level communications Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives Required Experience ✔ Proven success delivering enterprise IT infrastructure and technology projects ✔ Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and process improvement methodologies ✔ Experience managing projects involving infrastructure upgrades, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking, or cybersecurity ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience PMP certification Experience with ITSM platforms and service management tools Background supporting multi-site or enterprise-scale organizations Exposure to cybersecurity, network modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives
