Project Manager – Technology & Platform Delivery (Global Luxury Chauffer Brand)

1. Role Overview Premium Transfers is building a next-generation luxury chauffeur platform , including: · Next.js frontend (website & booking interface) · Django backend (CRM & booking management system) · React Native mobile applications (Driver & Passenger apps) We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of this platform from development through to production deployment. This is a critical, leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, delivery discipline, and the ability to manage multi-functional engineering teams. Location: Chandigarh (On-site – Full Time) 2. Key Responsibilities 2.1 Project Planning & Execution · Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables · Translate business requirements into structured development plans · Create and manage detailed project roadmaps and sprint cycles · Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery 2.2 Team Management & Coordination · Manage cross-functional teams including: o Frontend Developers (Next.js) o Backend Developers (Django) o Mobile Developers (React Native) o QA/Test Engineers o UI/UX Designers · Allocate tasks and monitor productivity across teams · Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions 2.3 Delivery & Milestone Management · Ensure all milestones are delivered on time and within scope · Track progress using tools such as Jira or equivalent · Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies · Maintain strict control over scope changes and dependencies 2.4 QA & Release Management · Enforce strict QA processes before milestone approval · Ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria: o No critical or high-priority bugs o Fully functional workflows · Coordinate testing cycles including: o Functional testing o Integration testing o Regression testing · Approve releases for staging and production 2.5 Stakeholder Communication · Act as the primary point of contact between: o Business stakeholders o Development teams · Provide regular progress reports and updates · Escalate issues with clear recommendations and solutions 2.6 Technical Oversight · Ensure adherence to system architecture and best practices · Review technical decisions across: o Next.js frontend o Django backend (CRM & booking logic) o React Native mobile apps · Validate API integrations, data flows, and system performance 2.7 Deployment & Handover · Oversee deployment on AWS infrastructure · Ensure complete documentation is delivered: o Technical documentation o API documentation o Deployment guides · Coordinate final handover and post-launch support 3. Required Skills & Experience 3.1 Experience · 5–10+ years in Project Management (Software / SaaS / Platforms) · Proven experience managing full-stack development projects · Experience delivering production-grade applications (not prototypes) 3.2 Technical Knowledge (Must Have) · Strong understanding of: o Next.js (Frontend Architecture) o Django / Python Backend Systems o React Native Mobile Apps · Familiarity with: o REST APIs & microservices o Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) o CRM systems and integrations (Zoho experience is a plus) 3.3 Project Management Tools · Jira / ClickUp / Asana (or equivalent) · Agile / Scrum methodology · Sprint planning and backlog management 3.4 Core Competencies · Strong leadership and team coordination skills · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability · High attention to detail and quality control · Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously · Strong communication and reporting skills 4.
