Web Project Manager Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in website and mobile application design & development . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, working closely with designers, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage web and mobile app development projects from kickoff to delivery Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams Translate client requirements into clear technical and functional specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum) Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on websites and mobile apps Strong understanding of: Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS) Mobile apps (iOS, Android, cross-platform like Flutter/React Native) Familiarity with UI/UX design processes , wireframing, and prototyping Knowledge of frontend & backend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases) Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage distributed/remote teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital agencies or product companies PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and analytics tools Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Key Competencies Digital Project Delivery Cross-functional Team Coordination Client Communication & Relationship Management Time & Resource Planning Risk & Issue Management Quality Assurance Oversight
