Project Manager PMP Certified | Project Execution, Control & Dashboard Management ★ PMP — Mandatory Department: Project Management Office (PMO) Reports To: Head of Operations / Managing Director Experience: 8–15 Years in Project Management Certification PMP — Project Management Professional (Mandatory) Industry: Manufacturing, Engineering Services, MaaS ABOUT THE ROLE Machine Maze takes on complex engineering projects from international clients, sources the right manufacturing partners, and owns delivery end-to-end. The Project Manager is the single source of truth for every project in the portfolio — from initiation and WBS setup to daily dashboard updates and risk escalation. This is an ownership role, not a coordination role, and your PMP training must be visible in how you plan, track, and communicate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Initiation & Setup ▸ Own project charters, scope definition, WBS, milestones, and baselines for every new project from day one. ▸ Input all scope, WBS, and deliverables into the PM software accurately — no project runs outside the system. ▸ Build RACI matrices, communication plans, and baseline schedules before execution begins. Daily Dashboard & Tracking ▸ Update the project management dashboard every single day — non-negotiable. ▸ Track all active projects against scope, schedule, and quality baselines at all times. ▸ Apply EVM (SV, CV, SPI, CPI) to monitor project health and flag deviations proactively. ▸ Generate daily, weekly, and milestone status reports — concise, data-driven, action-oriented. Risk Management & Escalation ▸ Maintain a live Risk Register and RAID Log for every active project. ▸ Identify foreseeable risks — delays, vendor bottlenecks, scope creep, quality failures — before they impact delivery. ▸ Escalate risks to management with impact ratings, likelihood, and proposed mitigations.

No surprises. ▸ Own the issue log: every open item has an owner, action plan, and closure date. Execution Follow-Up & Coordination ▸ Drive task completion across sourcing, quality, and vendor teams — track daily, resolve blockers fast. ▸ Align vendor production schedules to client delivery commitments through the sourcing team. ▸ Ensure quality inspection checkpoints are built into every project plan and completed on time. ▸ Manage all scope changes through formal change control — assess impact, get approvals, update baselines. Client & Stakeholder Communication ▸ Primary project interface for international clients — regular updates, expectation management, professional escalation handling. ▸ Prepare milestone completion summaries and delivery reports for clients as required. ▸ Maintain structured MOMs for all project reviews and chase action items to closure.

PM Software Ownership ▸ Own the PM tool as the system of record — all data lives in the tool, not spreadsheets or emails. ▸ Ensure 100% data accuracy: WBS progress, milestone status, resource utilization, risk updates. ▸ Improve templates, dashboards, and report formats continuously for better portfolio visibility. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications ▸ PMP certification — mandatory; no exceptions. ▸ Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field preferred. ▸ 8–15 years of end-to-end PM experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. ▸ Track record managing concurrent, multi-stakeholder international projects. Technical Skills ▸ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent. ▸ Strong command of EVM, CPM, WBS structuring, and change control. ▸ Comfortable reading engineering drawings, production schedules, and QC reports. ▸ Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
