Interested candidates send me your CV to [email protected] Title : Project Manager Location : Offshore-Bangalore Duration : 6 Month Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Treasury to lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution management of strategic treasury and related technology initiatives. This role requires a strong and highly organized project manager with proven experience delivering complex enterprise programs across business and technology teams in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate must be excellent in project planning, governance, executive reporting, presentation development, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional delivery management. The individual will work closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, architecture, compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure initiatives are well structured, properly governed, and delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and dependencies. Core Project Management Skills Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and end-to-end delivery management, supported by strong governance capability including RAID management and dependency oversight.

Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and delivery outcomes, along with strong organizational and execution capability in complex and evolving environments. Experienced in managing projects from initiation through execution and controlled closure while ensuring adherence to banking policies and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 14+ years of project/program management experience with proven delivery of complex enterprise initiatives across business and technology environments, preferably within Treasury, Global Markets, fintech, or regulated financial sectors Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, governance forums, and vendor-led implementations, including preparation of executive-level reports, governance packs, and senior management presentations Ability to drive alignment across Front, Middle, and Back Office, and coordinate effectively with external vendors and technology partners (e.g., trading platforms, market data providers, TMS) Strong understanding of Treasury products, trading lifecycle, cash & liquidity management, and operational processes aligned with risk management, with familiarity in systems such as Bloomberg, LSEG, Flexcube, and FMC Experience in strategic transformation, innovation-led initiatives, PoC/MVP delivery, and platform enhancements, with knowledge of technology delivery, system integration, and regulatory/governance frameworks Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred), with project management certifications (PMP / PRINCE2) considered an advantage Strong understanding of system integrations, technology architecture dependencies, and front-to-back platform flows across Treasury systems Experience in driving strategic transformation, innovation-led initiatives, and platform enhancements across Treasury and technology landscape.
