ABOUT THE ROLE Lead end-to-end execution of sophisticated interior and civil turnkey projects for discerning clientele.

You'll be the driving force behind seamless project delivery, managing elite teams, premium vendors, and ensuring world-class quality standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO Project Leadership & Execution Manage complete turnkey projects from mobilization to handover Oversee interior fit-outs, civil construction, MEP coordination, and finishing works Ensure projects meet luxury standards while adhering to timelines and budgets Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and specialist contractors Lead site teams including supervisors, engineers, and skilled labor Planning & Control Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans Monitor daily progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
