What We Need We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Management Team. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple product commercialization and delivery projects within specified deadlines. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination and driving improvement in process and deliverables.
The successful candidate will possess excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. What You’ll Do Develop project plans for specific product commercialization and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and company goals. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members and maintain open and clear communications throughout project. Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams to ensure successful delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements Minimum 4‑6 years' SaaS, technical project management experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Cross‑functional team management skills. Time management and organizational skills including the ability to track and report on multiple complex projects simultaneously. Customer service mentality (internal and external customers).
Ability to gain technical and business understanding of products. Excellent relationship building, listening and communication skills. Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills.
Able to maintain a regular and flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business. Required to read and follow all company policies and procedures. Support and model the company values.
