Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of industrial and logistics automation projects in Brazil, covering schedule, quality, cost and on-site execution
• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, construction progress and coordinate with local suppliers and partners
• Independently understand technical drawings, layout designs, specifications and system interface requirements
• Handle client communication, on-site troubleshooting and project risk management
• Execute projects following standardized project management frameworks and governance

Requirements & Preferences

• 5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation / warehouse intralogistics project management and on-site delivery
• Solid hands-on experience in site execution, equipment commissioning and cross-functional project coordination
• Familiar with technical documentation, system integration and automation project delivery workflows
• Strong client-facing skills and independent problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced English is mandatory for regular alignment with China HQ
• Spanish or Mandarin is a strong plus, supporting future LATAM business expansion
• PMP certification or solid PMI/PMBOK working experience is preferred
• Willing and available for frequent travel to project and customer sites
